I feel like the perk needs a change.
90 seconds in terror radius is just not it, efficient team is able to finish 4-5 gens in that time.
One use of a perk isn't really great too for saving - I can bring background player and save people every 20 seconds with flashlight.

I'm honestly not sure why they nerfed it from the PTB. It's a one-use thing.

You can't really load the perk easily, if you want not to grief your team.
Unless you play midwich against wesker, hillbilly or blight - you can't have it easily.

I feel tha if the stun is 1s longer the perk would be completely fine.

Oh no, it's not about the stun duration. This wouldn't make a difference.
Lately a lot of perks need some condition to be met if you wanna use them - I think that's a problem.
Conditions for last stand are not okay - takes too long, reward isn't worth it.

the stun time effects killers differently though. You stun huntress for a second, that's a lot more distance than if you it to Blight. Just something to keep in mind.

Dude. Do math. Crossing map from side to side takes 110 % killer about 1.5s longer than 115 % killer. The 5 % difference isn't effective, everything above 10 % is.

1. When people talk about Blight speed they usually mean his rush, not his walking.
2. Dead by Daylight isn't a race to get across the map from one side to another. It's a game about timings. The difference between getting a hit one second before a Survivor vaults and as they vault has basically the same impact. The difference between hitting a survivor as they vault or barely missing the hit has huge impact on the game. Half a second can mean one more round around a loop before you have to drop the pallet.

90 seconds to finish 4 or 5 gens? Did you proof read yourself?
One gen is 90 seconds, there's three survivors at best on three different gens so unless you're chasing someone for 90 seconds (you shouldn't) without ever stumbling upon a gen being repaired, that would be three gens.
And usually people are grouping up, or healing, or on hook, or taking hits or… doing something else.
Last Stand earned through being in a terror radius is ass, because it's so free on regular killer and inconsistent against stealth. And it's free in both cases. It's really not a fun and/or fair condition.0 -
I think that the requirement of 90s isn't the only problem. You go against stealth or low TR killers and you won't be able to use it. While I think that 90s can be lowered to 60s, the one time stun isn't truly the benefit worth but rather the temporaty increased vault speed.

After all the bugfixes with its unintentional finesse and collision shifting now gone, it definitely needs to be changed. Maybe it should operate on a cooldown instead of being a one time use.

You misunderstood me.
What I mean is that you will pop 4-5 gens, before you are in terror radius for 90 sec.
Realistically you are not in the TR for whole 90 seconds while you are doing the gen.0 -
I'm not really talking the move speeds, I more so mean, xyz killer can teleport or dash across to catch up. Huntress on the other hand can't, and she's the tiniest bit slower than normal.

But that's overall hole between old and new killer design. Surely Trapper, Pig, Plague etc. will have hard time defending gens than Springtrap or Kaneki who can cross map in few seconds.
