SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: I just logged in and my cosmetics were gone, however a few cosmetics were still in inventory. The Toothed Axe for Huntress and The BIOMECHANICAL SPINE for Wraith etc. there's a few more to list.
