The change Ghoul needs.

The ghouls power should be changed to a 3 part combo, first hit with power marks but doesn't injure/deep wound. The 2nd hit injures or deep wound but only if they are already marked or injured. Then give ghoul the ability to down with their power on the 3rd hit but only if the survivor is marked.

This would solve most survivors frustration with the first hit feeling like a free hit but would also make him more enjoyable to play since he would now have the ability to down with his power.
