First of all I agree on identity loss and nonsense dash as 32nd dash killer in game (overreact).

→ Keep the idea of switching pursuer and stalker mode (stalker grants him undetectable and he can see aura within 32m range, pursuer grants him speed actions buff)

→ Once he fully stalk someone, he can mori them without any hook needed (tombstone basekit), let's say he has to stalk someone for 40s in order to mori them, can be a timer to perform mori before it's expire, something similiar to GF
