The upcoming update (despite hopefully tuned down) will massively hurt Twins. The current design of Twins is forced to slugging, as Victor you can't hook survivor and as Charlotte you have to travel long distances to pick up which might be already too far before heal or recovery happens. If this patch comes live then Twins urgently need some love, I know they are not popular, but those who likes them deserve it. Possible updates might be:

→ Charlotte can approach Victor, swap position or Victor can perform remote hook (might be even at cost of Victor respawn at this point), Charlotte gaining haste when Victor downs someone and swap happens.
