Using a Key will not allow you to rummage for the guaranteed Flashlight with Residual Manifest

So I was using Residual manifest and brought a key just to open chests faster, and then for some reason, opening chests with keys and then rummaging, will always give you another item instead of the Flashlight you're supposed to get with Residual, and then it counts as consuming a token. This was on PC, so I'm not sure if it affects Console too.
