Skull Merchants no drone bug is back

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Sometimes when using Skull Merchant's power, the drone straight up doesnt deploy.

PLATFORM: Steam

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: In 5/6 cases it happened when i deployed my first drone after a hook
