A 2nd PTB with tweaked versions of the changes is necessary before this patch goes live

I think it's already become very clear to everyone that 9.2.0 needs a lot changes before it goes live, and because the new mechanics and balance changes in 9.2.0 are so large, it would be very risky and likely lead to poor balance if they push 9.2.0 to live without testing the tweaks they are obviously going to make to it.

Therefore, even though I can't recall this ever happening before (maybe it happened with the massive perk overhaul a few years back?), I think a second PTB with tweaks made to 9.2.0's changes would be very wise. That way, we can not only see that BHVR is making the right changes that need to be made, but also so that they don't release something really bad onto live servers.
