So in 2v8 a bunch of Chests spawn around the map, maybe 10 to 15. But only 3 Spawn for Regular gameplay.

I think Maybe 5 should spawn by default.

The Coin offerings should be retired

All of these Perks should Spawn +1 additional Chest with a Max of 13 as the cap. (13 is the current cap but they could make it 15)

Additionally each player may only spawn up to +2 total just like the Shiny Coin offering. (This of course could be ignored)

Ace in the Hole, Apocalyptic Ingenuity, Appraisal, Hardened, Moment of Glory, Pharmacy, Plunderer's Instinct, Residual Manifest, Scavenger, Specialist, Streetwise.

These Killer perks should spawn +2 Chests. Dominance and Human Greed. Hoarder(already does)
