Game crashes when opening Steam Browser

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Game closes itself and says "GPU MEMORY DUMP" which i always click "Send" on

PLATFORM: PC

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:

1: Have an Amd GPU (6900 XT, Windows 11, 25.81.1 drivers, all drivers up to date)

2: open steam browser / either view stuff, view profiles, i'd say the chance of it happening is roughly 25%

3: crash
