FPS dropped in the game

before reinstalling windows, the game ran at 100+ fps on ultra, but now it barely runs at low graphics settings with a 65% screen resolution. All drivers are updated. The laptop specifications are a rtx 3050 laptop and an i5 12450H. I understand that the laptop is not the most powerful, but it should be able to handle the game well.
