Eye issues with Hillbilly and his cosmetics

1.Hillbilly's Rabbit Season & Employee of the Month cosmetics both have the left eye clipping through.

2.Meanwhile you have cosmetics like Hillbilly's 3rd Degree Heat, Buoy on the Beach, Masquerade Chainsaw & Frontier Miner, where the eyes are missing completely.
Here's what the eyes are supposed to look like.

3.Then lastly, you have the eye for the Death Carver cosmetic, which is the same eye used for the Twisted Hero cosmetic, yet here it doesn't glow like it's supposed to.
