SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: And cosmetic with legions hoodie strings are completely stiff.
PLATFORM: PC
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Equip any legion cosmetic with hoodie strings and you will see them moving, but as if they were stiff as a rock.
