Game freezes, crashes or will not load when streaming with OBS

It seems that when my encoder on my RTX 3060 is actively being used to stream the game with OBS, the game will either crash along with obs or not load at all if I'm streaming before loading the game.

Is anyone encountering this issue? Or does anyone know what could be causing it? I downgraded OBS to version 29 and it still has the same problem.
