Improvement for match making

I was wishing the other day that we could maybe get some interface during the matchmaking process so that we can see the progress towards finding a match. Also being able to customize characters and such during the matchmaking process with a swf would be nice as it works for playing solo. Having some indication of progress towards finding a match even though it might be slow is still much better than being stuck in the waiting time paradox.
