For those who are unaware if you play Dead by Daylight on an ultra wide monitor you are locked to the standard 16:9 aspect ratio. It has been stated int he past that this is for "Balancing" This is such a crazy thing, Dead by Daylight is at its core a casual game, not to mention the addition of the FOV Slider recently. You are not going to lose a game or chase because the killer/survivor has an ultrawide monitor.

Games that are significantly more competitive such as League of Legends, Dota, CS2, and R6 support ultrawide. If esports titles such as these have zero issue with it then genuinely I dont think it will matter for DBD. Pretty please behavior? Can we have ultrawide support, perhaps as a treat.
