The game keep getting stuck on the loading screen

Anytime i try to load into a match it keep getting stuck on loading screen. And even when i get into a match and everyone gives ready after that it gets stuck on the loading screen again and again. I couldn't get a single match in a hour because of THIS BUG. I don't know why this keep happening.

i play on pc Steam.
