SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: The "Unnerving encounter" challenge is not completed despite actually completing the challenge. During gameplay, the notification is received that the challenge gets completed, but once back to the menu to claim it, it's marked again as not complete.
PLATFORM: PC
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: 1. Complete the challenge. 2. Check challenge in tome menu.
