Trapper downs you when you walk into trap bug

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: When a trapper hits you and you become downed at the same time as you walk into the trap then he won't be able to hit you while you are on the trap or pick you up, so you are basically invincible. You will be in the normal trap animation and you are able to struggle, but you will be downed.

PLATFORM: PC

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Be in injured state, then walk into a trapper's trap at the same time as he hits you.

PLAYER LOGS: Don't know where to find it sorry

  • Player logs are required from PC players only.

    Could you please attach the logs?

    To find them:

    • Press the Windows Key + R to open the "Run" command.
    • In the text box paste the following: %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\DeadByDaylight\Saved\Logs
      • Click "OK" - this will open your Dead by Daylight Logs folder.
      • If it does not open the Dead by Daylight Logs folder, it may mean that when installing Dead by Daylight you chose to save your files somewhere else and will need to check there.
    • The file called "DeadByDaylight.log" is your log file

    I had the same issue in 2v8 when a Wesker dashed into me at the exact moment I stepped into a trap. Same result.
