Killer Speed and Unhooking

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Just played 3 games where the Killer had super speed and survivors couldn't unhook. Games all ended in a minute or two. I blocked the Killer figuring they hacked, but it keeps happening with multiple Killers.
