Just gonna say, Vigil "nerf" is actually a buff
Now that the perk doesn't stack with other teammates, bully squads are only gonna bring 1 Vigil and the other survivors will have an extra slot for another broken perk for however they want to bully.
My suggestion is to just bring the old Vigil that stayed in the game for longest: 30%, stacks, 8 meters rage

This reminds me of that one time someone tried to convince me that Trapper having 8 unarmed traps spawn on the map instead of 6 is a nerf because now its harder to have all of his traps active at once

You're talking about the survivor role, not the perk Vigil. Survivors will always throw for fun perks because they're fun. It's fun to always have your exhaustion perk up and zoom around the map.
