Chucky infinite speed glitch

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: holding slice n dice causes an infinite duration on the ability and provides much more speed. I am unable to perform the attack but can cancel it to m1 attack still.
PLATFORM: PC
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Not really sure if it could be replicated but all i did was use scamper right when a survivor dropped the pallet and after that scamper my power was infinite.
