Revert the map offerings

I tried play with Myers Ninja on Lery's map and it's impossible to play in open maps.

One solution is increase the percentage to 50% and make sure not stackable offerings so neither side has a advantage when choose realm.

Another solution is remove all map offerings if want to keep the changes.

    Ironically that is exactly one of the reasons we wanted Mapp Offerings Nerfed

    I enjoyed Mirror Myers, but I really don't want map offerings back. So rather not…

    I would change the chance to about 30% if one offering. Two both get 25% chance. Three 20% chance each. Four 20% chance each. Then for five map offerings it would be 19% chance per offering giving the possibility for random map to still to be 5%.
