Missing flavour text on all power descriptions.

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: The little flavour text is missing when hovering over power icons to see the description.
PLATFORM: PC/Console
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Hover over any power's icon in the store/killer selection screen/killer's bio in order to read its description and see the flavour text reading "power" missing. It is only present in the loadout screen.
