Freddy changes

After playing the reworked Freddy a bunch of times, I find him stronger, but a bit clunkier as well. I find that him teleporting to survivors is both annoying as a survivor, but very often not that useful when playing as Freddy. Yet the ability still acts as something that prevents more useful changes to Freddy, hence why I think it needs to be removed, so that more useful buffs can be given to Freddy. Here are my changes:

- Asleep survivors that are healing are not revealed by killer instinct and can no longer be teleported to

 - Dream snares have a 5 seconds cooldown

- Dream pallets no longer stun Freddy

- Freddy is no longer slowed down while teleporting

- If Freddy cancels the teleport he will no longer incur the full cooldown, instead a shorter one lasting 10 seconds will apply

- Teleporting takes 3 seconds

- Remove the 0.5 second delay before teleporting

- Alarm clocks provide 20 seconds of sleep immunity

- Alarm clocks have a 60 seconds cooldown

- Teleport Freddy matches your combination of cosmetics

Add-ons

- Blue Dress – Freddy’s snares are replaced by 5 of his old snares, they have the old stronger hindered strength of 15%

- Paint Thinner – Freddy can no longer teleport to the survivor revealed by the killer instinct

- Class Photo – Asleep survivors are no longer revealed by killer instinct while opening exit gates

- Red Paint Brush – It needs to be removed or reworked, aura read effects that can last as long as this one shouldn't be a thing
