SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:

After launching splash art, it always gives the error The driver \??\C:\\Users\????\Desktop\??????\bin\ WinDivert64.sys is loaded but its file is missing. Please reboot your system to unload the driver.

PLATFORM: Steam
