Rework Chucky's Running Shoes add-on please

That add-on is pretty much useless, 2% just doesn't do anything, I propose one of two simple changes:
Running Shoes
- Increases Slice & Dice movement speed by 10%.
Simple, impactful, when run would be a middle ground between old Chucky's movement speed and current movement speed, would love to have it!
Running Shoes
- Whenever using Scamper, gain a stackable 5% haste for the duration of Slice & Dice.
So your first Scamper would grant only 5%, second 10%, third 15% and so on and so on, so if you manage to chain a lot of scampers, you could be faster than a nurse which I think would be really funny (but pretty much impossible to do without a specific build so I think it's fine)
Chucky deserves good movement speed add-ons!

Option 1 is too strong, Option 2 would be fine though (and more unique)

2%? ur right… they should buff it to 3%, that sounds fair. i dont think anyone would have a melt down over 3%.
