Bloody "Prestige" texture toggle for all cosmetics

I like the rugged, worn look of the prestige clothes but they are limited to the default outfits. I think that once you unlock all three prestige pieces for your character's default outfit, there ought to be a toggle to turn on/off the bloody print on whatever underlying cosmetic you use. Even if the toggle is for the full body and not each individual of the three pieces.
