How can I speak to a supervisor or someone higher up?
I have made 2 tickets about a permanent ban on my account that I believe was falsely applied and I have gotten no support from the staff whatsoever. With my first ticket, I explained the situation and I got a ticket nearly a month later stating I had to put my appeal through easy anti-cheat. Not only did the employee give me the wrong code to send to easy anti-cheat, it technically counted as a denied request. When I put my appeal through easy anti-cheat they told me they don't handle that and to contact support. With my 2nd ticket, even with the entire explanation it was quickly denied because they counted it as a deny. They didn't care what I had to say and it was an automated response. I provided screenshots in my ticket and this is a ridiculous system where their own staff doesn't know how to do their job. I am a high paying customer, keeping up with the DLC's and not a single ban on my account before this, which has also tainted my reputation with other players now thinking I am a cheater. This is insane I have to be put through all this and not even have an investigation done for this ban. I have lost hundreds of dollars and hundreds of hours I can never get back because they don't offer the right support. It should not be this difficult and if this never gets resolved, they will have lost a valued customer forever.
