Possibly bugged totem spot on Lampkin Lane

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: There is a totem spawn spot at the far end of Lampkin Lane that you cannot touch. There is no prompt to cleanse it. I approached it multiple times, both while holding and while not holding an item, from every angle I could manage. It appeared to be invincible.
