After vaulting windows and frames safe zone?

How clear after vaulting a window do you have to be in order to not get hit?  Do some killer have extra reach through the windows?  I’m not sure if it’s a lag issue but, in general, I’m well clear of a Killer and I’m still getting downed. It’s frustrating enough that I curse out loud!

    It seems like a recent change, we're all getting hit at great distances. Even with Lithe =(

    This isn’t the most extreme example,  but as far as I can tell, I should have been free from his hit zone after jumping the window?  Other similar instances, no hit!  Again, do some killers have a longer hit radius?

    Depends.

    For most killers probably a couple of metres. For Billy about half a mile.
