Frames drop drastically as Freddy near exit gate

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:

Playing as Freddy on Yakoma Estate in a public lobby. Going near the exit gate causes a severe drop in framerate.

PLATFORM: PS5

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:

I opened the exit gate. Anytime I went near it, even to open it, my game slowed down a lot. Backing away from the area returns the game to normal.
