Vigil perk percentage recovery doesn’t match reality

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:

Based on the description of Vigil as below:

The perk at its highest tier can make you recover 66% faster. Let’s take sprint burst as an example of calculation:

IMG_2261.jpeg

At its highest tier, it only takes 40 seconds to recover from Exhaustion. If 66% fast recovery is applied, one should save 40s * 0.66 = 26.4 s. So 40s - 26.4s = 13.6 s , which is currently not the value that we have in game.

From what I experienced, it currently takes around 30 seconds with Vigil to recover from exhaustion for a Sprint Burst instance.

And if we add the effects of Vigil with the new perk “Ghost Notes” :

We should have a total of 76% faster recovery which would normally equal to 9.6s recovery time from exhaustion…

I don’t know if I have miscalculated anything, but even for new players it is definitely not clear whether how much time we save in seconds from perks like that.

Any perks with speed rates should be defined in seconds rather than percentage, it would be much clearer. Besides, the combo of Ghost Notes and Vigil doesn’t seem to affect the Exhausted status effect speed rate.

PLATFORM: PS5

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:

1- Run an exhaustion perk like Sprint Burst

2- Run Vigil
2.1- Run Vigil + Ghost Notes

3- Check time differences

4- Give us either real values or corrections

It's not a 76% reduction to the duration, it's a 76% increase in recovery rate, it looks like this:

    40 seconds / 1.76 = 22.7 seconds
