SPORADIC MOUSE SENSITIVITY

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: When using a mouse, no matter the sensitivity in the settings, it will switch between going way too fast then to being way too slow to the point it is uncontrollable

PLATFORM: PC/Steam

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Sensitivity switches between too slow and too fast, using my mouse slowly still appears to make it too fast sometimes and other times I cannot turn my camera it is so slow. It has been happening since the Walking Dead Patch and was fixed in the Sinister Grace PTB, but has returned to an unplayable state
