SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Game disconnects in the middle of a match.

PLATFORM: PC

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Playing a match, hooked and sacrificed a survivor. Chasing another survivor, game freezes up and disconnects. This has happened over 3 separate matches.
