SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Can’t connect to matches as both survivor or killer.

PLATFORM: PS5 and Xbox

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: I purchased the Sinister Grace Chapter and after my DBD app updated I launched the DBD game. I picked my characters on both survivor and killer. As soon as it is about to load into a match the game shuts down saying ‘Dedicated server is not responding;disconnecting…’.

    Please fix this because I want to start playing again as soon as possible. I love DBD and don’t want to miss a moment of it.
