Houndmaster still has no stun voice lines

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Houndmaster has no stun voicelines but 9.2.0 was stopped to fix that (after a year it was overdue)
PLATFORM: PC, but supposedly any.
How long is Houndmaster gonna be a mess like that? No cosmetics, full of bugs and still missing voice lines after a year when you said you fixed her. Or were those just erased? It would be such a shame, come on. Her voice lines are amazing, it's getting very annoying when you buff or nerf constantly characters like Chucky or Ghoul. Please.
