Krasue Suggestions
I think I understand that the core idea of this killer is that the need to "infect" the survivor is what keeps her insane Head Form power in check, but there are definitely some things on both ends that I want changed because she is currently too strong.
- Head Form can no longer vault pallets
- Head Form can break pallets
The pallet vault 95% of the time makes her extremely un-counterable, especially with the changes to sliding. This needs to be removed, manual pallet vaulting with a dash afterwards is just original Chucky born again locked behind an infection you can spam. Having a mostly un-counterable Head Form chase also means survivors can't find safety when they're being tunneled, especially because Leech is not lost on unhooks. However, if Leech was lost on unhooks you couldn't play in a way that limits the amount of Glowing Mushrooms on the map. 5% (1% with Bamboozle) of the time, the pallet vault forces you to switch to Body Form to break, which doesn't feel great on the killer end either. A pallet break would be much healthier and she would still be oppressive in this form.
- Regurgitate has a longer cooldown (2.5s → 3.5s)
- Regurgitate no longer has aim-assist
I don't know the exact value I would give to it, but another second on the cooldown so you can't spam it as heavily would make her feel better to go against. It feels very unrewarding when you dodge the infection and she immediately can fire it again.
I also saw that the splash on regurgitate has aim-assist for some reason. People have played Unknown, I know how things bounce this should be removed to allow for more skill expression.
- Speed while transitioning from Head → Body: 2.3 m/s (was 1.15 m/s)
With the nerf to both aspects of her chase above, I would make her lose about 2 meters less distance when transitioning from Head → Body as a little compensation to deal with body-blocking, and make her feel more fluid. You would still be able to get in front of a doorway and prevent her from moving entirely.
I think the above changes should be made first, and then we can see how they settle. Then if it still turns out she is too strong, changing Head form to 4.6 m/s from 4.8 m/s could be the next change. In that case Body could be 4.4 m/s instead, but I think it would be fine at 4.6 m/s.

If this isn't enough to make her fair, while also feeling smooth for the killer, I think Head Form should be taken from 4.8 m/s back down to 4.6 m/s.

I think some of her add-ons are a bit underwhelming as well. She definitely needs nerfs and I think your suggestions are a good idea, but a lot of her add-ons feel pretty useless outside of aura and flight related.
