Lagging and Crash Report Client (Need urgent help)

Hi there. I seem to have this issue after last August's 2v8. It's been lagging like crazy whenever I start the game (But oddly it runs normally without EOS)

The odd part is most of my WindowsClient Folder are missing

The only clue I have is this from the CrashReportClient.

Do I need to do something with my firewall or something or am I having issue here?
