Missing vault on the crane loop

On the wrecker's yard map the vault location on the crane loop wasn't existant, making it a death trap. Maybe it doesn't always happen, but it occured this time.
PLATFORM: PC and Playstation
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Loaded into the map, tried using the window vault, there was no prompt. Another crane loop spawned across the map and it's vault also didn't work.

It isn't missing it isn't working for survivors. The vault will highlight with a map if I'm not mistaken and I seen killers vaulting it.
