Skull Merchant's drones sometimes just Don't Deploy

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: See title. Using your power gives you the Undetectable and puts you on cooldown, but does not set the drone up.
PLATFORM: PC
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: At some point not long after hooking a Survivor, deploy a drone. This happens sometimes, but not 100% consistently (twill happen several times a game). This happened across several matches.
