Is it just me? Games lagging out

I feel like ever with this new update more and more games of mine have been lagging out. Yesterday was the first time I ever received a queue up timeout purely because games kept lagging out. It's getting to a point where even the games that don't lagg out ill still frequently have lagg spikes when my internet everywhere else seems perfectly fine

yeah it’s been happening to me, but for some reason it’s only during the endgame where it starts lagging
