Before her 2nd wave of nerfs, I'd just like to reiterate that everybody hated strict turn rate and collision for Head Form on the PTB. Please do not revert/nerf this specific aspect.
My suggestion is to aim at nerfing ease of use for the infection itself. It needs to be a bit harder to keep survivors infected, and easier for them to remove infection, to force the Krasue into Body Form more often.
This way, she can be balanced similarly to Plague.
