Purchasing DLC's After Syncing Accounts?

So I linked my Playstation account and Steam account together with Behavior so I could play on steam and I have some leftover money on my playstation. I was wondering if I bought DLC or auric cells on my ps4 if that dlc would transfer over even after syncing. Would buying it from the ps4 store keep it only on my ps4? would buying it ingame on ps4 transfer it? i dont have ps + so i cant open the game on there but i want to get some new stuff on dbd with my remaining money (sorry if this wasn't the right place to post this)
