Constant Initialization Errors + Apparently logged in on another device

SUMMARY: Every time I load Dead by Daylight today, I've gotten nonstop Initialization errors after very long load times which stop me from being able to load into the game. I restarted the game and my console multiple times and that didn't fix it. I unplugged my console from power and let it sit for a few minutes before plugging it back in and retrying. After doing that, now the game says I've been logged in on a different device despite having no other mention of being logged in elsewhere, before giving me an initialization error again.
PLATFORM: PlayStation 5
STEPS TO REPLICATE: This only happens on the title screen and never lets me progress further. The only "step" is to press a button to start loading.
