Red glyph spawns instead of blue (Tome 7, level 4)

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Selecting the "Glyph Escape" challenge from Tome 7 level 4 causes red glyphs to spawn instead of blue ones. Interacting with the red glyph results in getting 500 BP, but escaping does not progress the archive, since it is not a "blue" glyph. When interacting with it no blindness/oblivious status effects are applied.
PLATFORM: STEAM (PC)
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
- Select "Glyph Escape" challenge from Tome 7 (survivor) level 4.
- Play as survivor and find red glyph in trial (also 500 BP are granted for interacting with it)
- Get no progress for the archive when escaping after interacting with it, since the glyph is no blue.
