I’ve been trying to make builds using Vee’s perks lately and so far the only one I’ve found to be consistently useful is Ghost Notes.

Road Life is unusably bad (but that’s a topic for another day) and OTTF seems like it doesn’t even do anything. Is the +20% additive or multiplicative? Is it bugged?

I don’t understand this perk, it feels like I’m not getting any more Skill Checks than normal.

    It’s currently bugged. On ptb it was giving incredible results, now this perk cancel increase skill checks…

    Maybe in a SWF setup where you are trying to maximize efforts. But even then I would still say no, its not worth a perk slot. Im convinced BHVR is creatively bankrupt at this point, just adding things cause they have to.
