Game version mismatch

My game update says 9.2.0 but my friend's says 9.2.1. She on pc and im on Switch. What can we do?

This is not a bug, Switch no longer receives updates the same time as other platforms due to a change in the certification process. Switch will receive a 9.3.2 patch approximately a week after other platforms receive the patch.
