Hatch broken against Spring Trap

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Just had a match against Spring Trap. Opened the hatch with a key. Jumped in the hatch and screen switched to match end screen then immediately to a black screen. Was able to hit escape but was unable to leave the match. 5 minutes later the server disconnected and gave the error that it was unable to get the score and match details and to restart the game.
PLATFORM: Steam
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Endgame collapse with hatch closed. Open hatch with a key. Jump in hatch.
