Escaping Hatch from Spring Trap Crashes Game

Apparently there is an issue that happens when you escape through the Hatch against Spring Trap/Animatronic, the game will have a black screen while also having access to the options menu when pressing escape, the game will say the player has escaped but will not allow them to progress through the game any further without forcibly closing the game or using the “leave match” option even though the trial is over, and doing this will result in the player receiving a disconnect penalty and losing all their bloodpoints, and for this, Spring Trap needs to be kill switched as soon as possible.
Here are 2 clips that it happened to a friend of mine, and also happened in the same stream and in probably less than an hour.
